The Shower Warm-up

People ask why do you designate 10 minutes?

Frankly, its the perfect amount of time to get a good grasp of whatever task your tackling without neglecting the number of tasks waiting to be tackled. For example, if you start your day with my 10 minute fitness plan you get a nice start to the morning without squandering time. To greater simplify it, 10 minutes is quick, effective, and efficient.

Now I've already setup a quick morning exercise format to get you up and moving, but whats next?

The Shower!!

After you've worked up a small sweat jump in the shower and limit it to 10 minutes max! According to a BBC report the average shower is 8 minutes long. Thus, this should be a task easily managed.

However, what do you do while waiting for the water to warm-up? (here is a list of things you can do daily)

  1. Pluck your eyebrows: Doing this daily could help manage them from ever overgrowing.
  2. Blow your nose: I know it sounds odd, but seriously don't be the person picking their nose in the car.
  3. Drink some water: 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
  4. Decide what you will wear for the day: This may not be possible for everyone. I find this tends to be a quick task for guys, not so much for women. However, there are the exceptions in both cases.
  5. Clean up the bathroom:  Pretty simple to maintain your bathroom when you clean up before each shower. This is not a deep scrub.
  6. Clip your toenails: It's summertime and that means flip-flops. SO, keep those toes clean and cut.
  7. Clip your fingernails: Hangnails hurt. Need I say anymore?
  8. Refill the toilet paper: Is there anything worse than running low or out of TP.

***8 simple tasks anyone can do in a few seconds while the shower gets the perfect temperature. Pretty simple, right? If you have more please comment on this post and share your thoughts***
